he 11 November marks the end of the First World War (1914-1918). Each year on this day, Australians observe one minute’s silence at 11am, in memory of those who died or suffered in all the wars and armed conflicts.

A Remembrance Day Service will be held at the the State War Memorial in Kings Park.

From the motel, the State War Memorial is an 8 minute drive or 32 minute walk.
